CEI Lead Senior Inspector

Job Description AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Lead Senior Inspector to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tampa, FL area. Perform highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, marking, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests. Coordinate and manage lower-level inspectors. Work under the general supervision of the Project Administrator. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Set own project deadlines. Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees. Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, or code requirements by performing inspection duties. Perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records. Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning. Track quality assurance progress. Provide input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma plus 8 years of experience or equivalent education. U.S. citizenship is required. Valid U.S. driver’s license required; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review. Preferred Requirements: Four (4) years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction. CTQP Final Estimates Level I. CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I.
