This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop strategy and execute it—managing digital campaigns, coordinating content, tracking performance, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to drive real growth. The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-person channels—driving brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion across the Optimum platform.

You will work closely with:

• The Office of the CEO on marketing initiatives.

You bring creative problem-solving, digital fluency, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing focus on what’s moving the needle.

What You’ll Own

Campaign Development & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and in-person channels aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Coordinate campaign elements across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
• Contribute to brand messaging and content development across platforms, maintaining consistency and quality.

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Manage online ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing for performance and budget efficiency.
• Coordinate content calendars for social media and execute email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
• Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, adjusting tactics as needed to meet acquisition and conversion objectives.

Lead Generation & Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales and clinical staff to support lead generation, nurture strategies, and patient retention initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Community, Events & Brand Visibility

• Help coordinate community events, PR efforts, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and community presence.
• Maintain adherence to healthcare industry standards, HIPAA requirements, and ethical guidelines in all marketing activities.
• Support ongoing project management and creative development across the marketing team.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

• Full orientation to active campaigns, platforms, content calendars, and brand standards completed.
• Digital campaigns actively managed and performance reporting established.
• Strong working relationships built with the Office of the CEO.

First 6 Months

• Integrated campaigns running across digital, social, and in-person channels with measurable performance improvements.
• Lead generation and conversion initiatives contributing to patient and client acquisition across priority service lines.

First Year

• Recognized as a reliable, high-output contributor and collaborative partner across the Optimum platform.
• Measurable improvement in campaign performance, brand visibility, and marketing ROI.
• Consistently embodying the Optimum Standard.

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaign development and execution.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare marketing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA marketing compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating community events, PR efforts, or brand partnership programs.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico facility.
