Assignment – Tasks/Responsibilities Provide technical troubleshooting related to MCC supplied air conditioning equipment and related components. Identify replacement service parts for Customers. Provide technical literature to Customers both external as well as internal. Assist internal Customer Support Representatives with equipment identification and specific parts request. Assist Warranty Administrator with evaluation of proper procedures related to submitted claims. Assist MCC Field Service Representatives as necessary. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as required. Mandate/Authorities Provide technical documentation and troubleshooting assistance to Customers in a manner consistent with company policies and values. Competence requirements 2 year technical degree in refrigeration or equivalent experience Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics/diagrams.
