Requirements License Required: Physical Therapist Setting: Outpatient Clinic Location: Jersey City – you can choose where the partner wants to go Responsibilities Build and lead a startup clinic from the ground up. Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Partner with a company that has opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Work closely with experienced leaders to feel confident before opening. Before launch, you will be trained and developed in leadership, team development, recruiting & interviewing, clinic operations and financial management, community outreach and referral growth, and building culture and retaining teammates. Compensation $100,000–$120,000 annually – full salary paid even before your clinic opens. Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once your clinic launches.
