Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper at an apartment community in Radcliff, KY. This part time opportunity is a perfect side hustle to earn an additional $720 - $1200 per month, working 2 -3 hours a day, 5 days each week.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds, picking up and disposing of trash, cigarette butts, etc.
Document each days work in our software with notes and photos
Making sure larger items and furniture are not blocking pick up of on site dumpsters
Relaying any issues noticed on the property, to Management.
