Certified Personal Trainer

Elite Integrated Performance (“EIP” or “Elite”) is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Certified Personal Trainer to join our growing team, and act as a group fitness instructor. If you love coaching people, building relationships, and creating an exceptional member experience, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead engaging small group training sessions. Coach proper exercise technique while prioritizing safety and results. Build meaningful relationships with members to improve retention and accountability. Motivate clients while providing individualized coaching and modifications. Track client progress and communicate effectively with management. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment. Represent the EIP culture both inside and outside the facility. Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). CPR/AED certification preferred(or willingness to obtain before employment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a passion for fitness and helping others succeed. Ability to coach clients of varying fitness levels. Team-oriented, dependable, and coachable. Preferred Experience with strength and conditioning or functional training. Nutrition coaching experience. Group fitness coaching experience. Sales or client retention experience is a plus.
