Senior Business Analyst

Serving two primary markets – passenger vehicle and commercial truck equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.Job PurposeThe Sr. Business Analyst works closely with business unit stakeholders and the IT team to define technical specifications and requirements that support business processes and data needs. This role is responsible for reviewing and approving application code changes to ensure high-quality functional results and stable aftermarket systems with minimal disruption to business operations. The position identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to order management and business analytics processes through assessment of current system capabilities and customer requirements.
