NeuroCare Sales Specialist - Bridgewater, NJ

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels. Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing. Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education. Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs; drive differentiation and achieve sales targets. Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds. Address external market challenges while fostering internal collaboration to execute successful sales strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives. Maintain required call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs, focusing on top targets). Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography/region. Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines. Achieve sales performance goals and complete all administrative duties. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field). Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred. Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders across large healthcare systems/specialty practices. Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders. Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex disease states. Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex disease state markets. Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Proven accomplishments in relevant market; strong written/oral communication. Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology. Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred. Must pass background, motor, and drug screening. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. TRAVEL Regular travel; may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel.
