Patient Coordinator

Hart Dental in Mitchell, SD, is seeking a friendly and organized Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and offers a flexible schedule. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations in our practice.

Patient Coordinator

Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive experience

Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient records efficiently

Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and care

Support the office with minor social media administrative tasks (taking photos, gathering feedback, prepping posts)

Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed

full-time $20 - $26 per hour

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional and reliable with a customer-oriented attitude

Comfortable interacting with patients both in person and on the phone

Basic technical proficiency and ability to use office software

Previous experience in a dental office or medical administrative role

Prior experience with scheduling and patient coordination

Familiarity with basic social media platforms and photography
