Job Title: Production Assembly Line Lead

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Assembly Line Lead to oversee daily operations on an assembly production line. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for supporting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

The Assembly Line Lead will help coordinate team activities, monitor production processes, assist employees with assembly procedures, and ensure products are completed according to company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support employees working on an assembly production line.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Assign workstations and tasks to team members based on production needs.
• Ensure proper assembly procedures are followed according to work instructions.
• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees on assembly processes.
• Perform quality checks and help identify defects or production issues.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and escalate concerns to supervisors when needed.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ensure the production line remains organized, clean, and running efficiently.
• Communicate production updates, delays, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Assist with inventory checks, material availability, and workflow coordination.
• Complete production reports, documentation, and required paperwork.
• Promote teamwork, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Production Lead, Assembly Line Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar manufacturing position preferred.
• Experience working in an assembly line, electronics, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks during the shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Must follow all safety requirements, including proper PPE usage.
