Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help clients with mobility and transfers, as well as assist with exercises and physical therapy programs

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the responsible healthcare provider

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients

• Assist with medication management and administration

• Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
