Project Manager

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and business initiatives for a large organization in SC. This newly created position will focus on project delivery, business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management across enterprise-level initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who enjoys driving projects from initiation through implementation while partnering with business and technical teams to deliver measurable results.

Location: Onsite Initially, Hybrid Schedule Available After Onboarding

What You'll Do
• Lead complex IT and business projects from planning through implementation
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design discussions
• Partner with business teams, IT staff, vendors, and agency stakeholders to drive project success
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Support procurement activities, vendor management, and contract-related processes
• Coordinate testing, change management, deployment planning, and post-implementation support
• Analyze and improve business processes to support organizational goals
• Present project updates and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

What You'll Need
• Project management experience leading complex initiatives
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT, regulatory, compliance, or large-scale business projects
• Strong business analysis and process improvement experience
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and managing stakeholders
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required
