Location: Winchester, KY
Pay Rate: $15.38-$20.80 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Work Environment: On-Site

Position Overview

Adecco is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume insurance program. This full-time opportunity is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous assistance.

• Guide customers through online applications and submission processes.

• Follow established call scripts and procedures.

• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

• Research customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when appropriate.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and privacy requirements.

• Complete all required training and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with computers and internal software systems.

• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Ability to work on-site in Winchester, KY.

• Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed.
