This full-time role begins September 1st and offers a chance to work with approximately 50 students at the high school level, providing essential speech and language services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) with CCC certification required
• Previous experience in school settings, especially with high school students, is highly valued
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor intervention strategies to individual student needs
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Passion for helping adolescents achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for a caseload of approximately 50 high school students
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and collaborate in IEP meetings
• Develop and implement treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication disorders
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support each student’s growth
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment where students can thrive
