Facility Operations Coordinator

This critical role serves as the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently, allowing our clinical team to stay focused on delivering exceptional therapy.

This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with strong organizational and logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for creating systems and processes that support clinical excellence.

This is a full time position at the Center Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15 pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or related environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities

• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with families, clinical teams, and internal departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

• Familiarity with healthcare operations (e.g., insurance verification, medical billing)

• Experience working in ABA therapy or other clinical settings involving children with autism

• Experience with EHR systems and advanced reporting tools
