Job Description:

Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring Janitorial Cleaners for multiple commercial cleaning positions throughout the Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley area.

We currently have full-time and part-time opportunities available on morning, evening, and night shifts. Positions vary by schedule and weekly hours. Some positions involve traveling between multiple commercial locations, while others have more consistent assigned locations.

Applicants may be considered for one or multiple openings based on their availability.

Pay & Schedule:

Morning Shift – Full-Time

• $16.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Multiple openings available

Evening Shift – Part-Time

• $16.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• 4:30 PM–10:00 PM
• Up to 27.5 hours per week

Evening/Night Shift – Full-Time

• $16.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Multiple openings available

Evening/Night Shift – Full-Time

• $16.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• 5:30 PM–12:30 AM
• Up to 35 hours per week

Evening Shift – Part-Time Lead Technician

• $17.00/hour
• Monday–Wednesday & Friday
• Start time varies between 4:15 PM–5:00 PM
• Approximately 20.5–22.25 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned commercial facilities
• Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Follow location-specific cleaning and safety requirements
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and within scheduled timeframes
• Maintain Maug Cleaning's cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Travel between assigned commercial locations when required
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working around client employees and customers

• Consistent weekday schedules

• Some positions require travel between multiple commercial locations
• Paid drive time between assigned client locations
• Gas is not reimbursed
• Bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), walking, standing, reaching, and repetitive movement
• Physically active work
• Paid training

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Ability to complete assigned cleaning within scheduled timeframes
• Comfortable traveling between assigned commercial locations when required
• Seeking dependable, long-term employment (1+ year)

Wages and Benefits:

Full-Time Employees (30+ hours per week):

• Some positions require daily travel between multiple client locations
• Employees are paid their hourly wage for drive time between assigned client locations; gas is not reimbursed
• Employees must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Positions are intended for candidates seeking long-term employment (1+ year)
