Mental Health Case Manager

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service-related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum one year Behavioral Health experience preferred. OR Education: working towards a degree (preferred) in human-service-related field Experience: 2 years experience in the Behavioral Health field preferred. Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
