IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Salary: $124,800 - 135,200 per year Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management
• Familiarity with project methodologies within a Waterfall framework
• Knowledge of Enterprise Technologies and their implementations
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and resolving issues
• Exceptional communication skills for delivering business presentations and engaging with large audiences
• HR competencies including team development, performance assessments, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Capability to lift up to 15 pounds

• Manage large-scale IT operational fleet projects, guiding them from initiation to handover to the Deployment Team for execution
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, manage business and IT expectations, define project scope, and handle documentation
• Validate project budgets, supervise procurement processes, facilitate design discussions, and secure necessary approvals
• Communicate updates and project details to senior management through discussions and official presentations
• Develop and oversee project timelines, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment of project objectives with IT strategic goals
• Assist with deployment activities as required, including the planning and execution of IT scope for Dry Docks
