Principal Responsibilities: Acquire and Maintain Customers Attend to customer concerns immediately Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes Decipher, prepare, and review store reports Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times Implement sales and marketing programs Managing inventory and cash assets Ensure properly merchandised and priced showroom floor Essential Requirements: Effective organizational skills Established selling skills Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over the phone with employees and customers Recognize and solve problems Must have proficient navigational skills Physical Requirements: Position routinely requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise 50-300 pounds. Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required Prolonged driving and standing Must be able to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions We are glad to offer excellent benefits!
