AI Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking an AI Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning initiatives from strategy and planning through successful deployment and business adoption.


Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


AI Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning programs from use-case identification through production deployment and business adoption.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance frameworks to ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, product, data science, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI/ML initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and enforce Responsible AI, data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and model governance standards across AI programs.
• Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder management, change management, and KPI tracking to maximize value realization, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technology Transformation, Digital Initiatives, or Enterprise IT Programs, including experience leading large-scale AI/ML programs.
• Strong understanding and proven experience delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and cloud-based AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, Responsible AI practices, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused AI transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
