Women’s Health Account Manager Neuropsychiatry - New England North (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont & Boston North)

Biogen seeks a field-based Women's Health Account Manager in Neuropsychiatry to build relationships with healthcare providers across New England, focusing on postpartum depression screening and treatment pathways. The role combines territory sales planning, clinical education, and cross-functional collaboration to advance patient care and company objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business goals
Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, NPs/PAs, primary care providers, and allied health professionals
Communicate clinical data, screening protocols, treatment pathways, and market access policies to healthcare providers
Identify customer educational needs and deliver compliant, tailored engagement initiatives
Support postpartum depression screening initiatives and treatment pathway improvements across health systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
5+ years pharmaceutical, specialty, hospital, or biotech sales experience
Strong account management and customer engagement capabilities
Ability to communicate complex clinical, access, and patient support information
Proven sales track record with consistent high performance
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; residence within territory
Commitment to compliance with company policies, laws, and industry regulations

Compensation: $138,000–$184,500 base
