Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead - Licensed Medical Professionals

IQVIA seeks a licensed medical professional to lead site enrollment and engagement for clinical trials. The role involves educating healthcare providers on trial criteria, developing recruitment strategies, and fostering referral networks across multiple sites. Position requires significant travel and field-based work.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-service presentations on trial inclusion/exclusion criteria to coordinators and providers
Develop tailored recruitment and referral plans in partnership with clinical research associates
Build and maintain referral networks with physicians and support groups in therapeutic areas
Conduct chart reviews and data abstraction to support enrollment efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
Active license as MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, pharmacist, occupational/physical/respiratory therapist
Clinical research experience
Demonstrated analytical and business acumen skills
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
Ability to travel up to 75% including overnight stays

Compensation: $62,300–$237,700 base
