Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care travel assignment in Skowhegan, Maine. Start date: 09/01/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,349-$1,359 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per individualized plan of care
- Monitor patient status, document vitals, and report changes to the care team
- Provide wound care, hygiene assistance, and activities of daily living support
- Support care coordination with RNs and physicians, updating care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to safety and infection control procedures
- Promote patient dignity, comfort, and safety during night shift coverage

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program (diploma or certificate)
- Ability to work the 3x12 night shift schedule
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills; team-oriented approach
- Must pass background check and any required pre-employment screenings
