Schedule:

5:00 AM – 11:00 AM OR 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

Prepare meals and food items for hotel guests while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes
  • Maintain proper food temperatures and quality
  • Prep ingredients for service
  • Keep kitchen stations clean and organized
  • Restock food and supplies as needed
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with kitchen cleanup and closing duties
  • Work efficiently during busy meal periods

Qualifications:

  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • MUST be available to work Saturdays & Sundays
