Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to promote functional progress
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards, ensuring quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to achieve therapeutic goals
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols, creating a safe healing environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Master's degree)
- Current Nevada state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Previous trach vent unit experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to adapt to patient needs
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy techniques
- Skilled in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Experience with screenings and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
- Committed to infection control and patient safety
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning abilities
