Highway Maintenance Technician IV

Position Summary Highway Maintenance Technician IV – responsible for advanced technical and skilled maintenance operations in the Denver, CO area. This is the senior field technician role, requiring 5-10 years of maintenance/construction experience and the ability to lead a skilled crew on complex roadway, concrete and equipment work in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. Location Denver, CO – applicable ZIP codes include 80010, 80011, 80019, 80022, 80205, 80207, 80211, 80216, 80221, 80238, 80239, 80249, 80266. Hourly Rate $30.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, training and licenses such as CDL A or B. Schedule Full‑time. Work nights, weekends and during snow or ice events. Regular day shift: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Night shift: Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM.
