Overview
Join our dynamic team in Millis, MA, as a lead HVAC Service Technician! With a minimum of 3-4 years or more of experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch HVAC services to our valued clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for quality work and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively and efficiently.
- Install new HVAC equipment and systems according to industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
- 3-4 years of "hands on" experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Valid EPA certifications/cards..
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- A MA Oil Burner License/Certification is a plus*
