Registered Nurse (Home Health)

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care initiating and adjusting care plans administering medications and treatments monitoring patient condition and providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning Qualifications valid RN license for the state current PPD or Chest X-Ray BLS certification and at least one year of RN experience Key skills clinical assessment, medication management, patient communication, documentation, and adaptability to changing patient needs.
