Work is performed by following clear pictures and shadowing from other employees. The role involves frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds when handling finished products and preparing them for palletizing and shipment.Responsibilities:Assemble various ends and components for water jet systems used in cutting and car wash applications.Use a variety of hand tools and large power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks safely and efficiently.Follow visual work instructions, pictures, and diagrams to complete assemblies accurately.Handle finished products, lift and move items up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.Palletize completed assemblies and prepare them for transfer to the shipping department.Qualifications:Experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly or general labor environment.Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform mechanical assembly tasks.Capability to perform heavy lifting, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.General labor experience in environments such as assembly, construction, or installation.Must be able to work in a team!Why Work Here?You will work in a clean, well-kept facility that places strong emphasis on a positive company culture and respectful teamwork. The standard schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., providing consistent daytime hours.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
