Job Title
Aviation Maintenance Program Manager
Duties
Applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to plan, evaluate, or oversee aviation maintenance, contractor logistics support (CLS), Performance Bases Logistics (PBL) and repair services.
Executing foreign military sales cases through the Security Cooperation Enterprise including managing LOA requirements, delivery reporting, financial disbursements, and case reconciliation.
Applying Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to control technical data releases, manage defense export authorizations, and enforce transfer provisions during maintenance execution of contracts.
Manage contract workflows (evaluation, contract modification, delivery orders) of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) timelines, ensuring funding alignment, compliance with country-unique requirements, and timely delivery of mission-capable aircraft assets.
Orchestrating and conducting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), and technical interchange meetings with foreign military customers, contracting officers, and defense contractors.
