Centurion Industries, Inc. is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide friendly, responsive customer service and administrative support to employees and the corporate HR team located in Garrett, IN. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, answering questions, solving problems, and communicating clearly with employees across the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as a helpful first point of contact for employees by answering questions, directing them to the right resources, and providing timely follow-up. Assist employees with navigating the employee portal, including basic troubleshooting, login support, and guidance on where to find information. Perform clerical duties related to employee leave, including organizing paperwork, updating records, tracking information, and supporting timely communication. Prepare and distribute employee communications, including announcements, reminders, updates, and newsletter content. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Provide administrative support to the HR team while promoting a positive, service-focused employee experience.
