Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support Extended School Year (ESY) programs near Marysville, WA. Your expertise can make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, helping them develop key skills and thrive in a supportive educational environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid OT or COTA certification
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy documentation
• Strong communication abilities for collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student-centered practice
• Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in line with ESY program goals
• Assess students' needs and develop targeted intervention plans
• Implement therapy activities to promote fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and overall independence
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff and families to support optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide insight and recommendations for educational strategies and accommodations
