• Proven ability to present and converse with sophisticated investors and stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting expertise.
• Professional presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in property management software and financial reporting tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into strategy.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across assigned regions.
