The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. Pro Customer Service/Sales Team members build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations. They provide outstanding service based on unique project needs, meet monthly sales goals and other metrics, and help ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success. Whether assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized paint and product knowledge, the team contributes to store success. Collaboration is key: team members work together to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors. The Team supports store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
