Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst Denver , CO Direct Hire Finance $95K to $110K 09/16/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Support budgeting forecasting and long term financial planning activities across the organization. Develop financial models reports and dashboards that provide insight into business performance and trends. Analyze financial and operational results and present recommendations that support strategic decision making. Partner with business leaders to assist with resource planning performance measurement and financial management initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes data accuracy and financial analysis efficiency. Requirements: A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics business or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial planning analysis corporate finance or a related field. Demonstrate strong financial modeling forecasting and analytical capabilities. Possess advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets and multiple business systems. Maintain the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate and timely results. Qualifications: Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial performance and identify business opportunities. Communicate complex financial information clearly to leadership teams and nonfinancial stakeholders. Demonstrate strong attention to detail when preparing reports forecasts and financial analyses. Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams across the organization.
