SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their insurance needs
• Offer a range of GEICO products that match the client's requirements, highlighting benefits and features in both English and another specified language
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets while maintaining adherence to GEICO's policies and guidelines
• Assist in creating and adapting sales strategies to cater to a diverse clientele
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, using bilingual skills to ensure clear communication
