Job Overview The Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) will lead the store and guide Team Members towards success while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for pawn items. Process loans and extensions, and negotiate terms for pawn items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise, coach, and mentor store team members. Career Path & Training Complete the initial 5‑week paid training program to earn a $0.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawn Broker. Pursue a 6‑month Assistant Manager training program to build the foundation to run your own store. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead or manager experience. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Pass a criminal background check and drug test. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics (plus). Sales background (plus).
