HR Administrative Assistant

Pay Range: $21.66hr - $23.20hr


Job Overview:


The HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role assists with employee records management, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment support, compliance documentation, and general HR operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain employee files and records.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications:


Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.


Experience: 1-3 years administrative experience; HR experience preferred.


Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, confidentiality, communication, attention to detail, and customer service.
