In this vital role, the Onsite Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Starting at $23-24.00/hour (DOE), paid weekly

Monday-Friday, occasional weekends (occasional weekends)

Hybrid schedule with working hours of 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Initially, this role will support 1st shift, with the opportunity to transition into supporting 2nd shift on select days as business needs evolve.

Must be available for overtime and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates through flexibility and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing timely reporting to both the client and Accurate Personnel.
• Walk the production floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing business needs while following company policies and procedures.
• Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliance with EEO standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional support for multiple shifts as business needs require.
