They feature fully automated, robot-driven "coil and grind" cells that coil, grind, oven stress-relieve, and pack finished springs into boxes completely without human intervention
- Their parts are found in both high-performance race cars and firearms: While they are a staple supplier for the agricultural sector, their custom punch-press and vertislide stampings are also engineered for highly sensitive applications. Their hardware is used in everything from professional off-road racing suspension springs to the complex internal trigger and hammer springs of firearms.

1st Shift General Labor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
General Labor Manufacturing of industrial springs, agricultural springs, & equipment springs. HSD/GED required
1st Shift General Labor Qualifications:
- HSD or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50# repetitively as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
