OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIESTeach and supervise assigned students with appropriate learning experiences in credential authorized and provides for appropriate learning experiences for students in a variety of school-related monitors and evaluates student and interacts with students parents staff and selects and modifies instructional plans and materials to meet the needs of all an atmosphere and environment conducive to the intellectual physical social and the emotional development of to maintain and improve professional appropriate records and follows required procedures and appropriate use and care of equipment materials and the goals of the district by serving on special committees and other other related duties as required. QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of:Curriculum and instruction; instructional materials and methods; evaluation and assessment techniques and procedures; child development; the core to:Work effectively with a wide variety of organizations and with people of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds; understand implement and give complex oral and written directions in English; maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work; compose clear complete and concise correspondence and reports independently using correct grammar syntax punctuation and spelling; manage a positive educational classroom environment. Experience:Student teaching and other experience working with school-age :Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or :CBEST valid California Teaching Credential for :Works under minimal supervision of the Principal and/or Assistant Principal on assigned DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. *Position is full time Temporary position for the 2026/2027 school year. *Provide instruction in the subjects required by the District and authorized by credentials(s) utilizing appropriate instructional materials and strategies to meet the needs of special education students in the least restrictive environment; organize and implement services for pupils with severe orthopedic and/or communication disabilities including assessment of pupils abilities and needs; evaluate and recommend appropriate assistive technology for pupils use; instruct pupils in skills necessary to utilize recommended assistive technology; collaborate with teachers parents other support personnel and administrators to facilitate inclusion of pupils in the least restrictive learning environment.*Intern eligible applicants are welcome to apply.
