Behavioral Health Training Specialist
Sheppard Pratt
Sheppard Pratt is seeking a clinical training specialist to plan, develop, and deliver orientation and ongoing staff training across campuses. You will teach CPR, de-escalation, and clinical practices using live demonstrations, simulations, and mentoring to build competency. Travel between campuses is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation in the LMS, and ongoing updates to training materials to support accreditation readiness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
