Mill Creek Machining is seeking all levels of Quality Inspectors to join their team in Paullina, IA. Location: Paullina, IA Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $20-$40 DOE A weekly attendance bonus will be added to each pay period when all scheduled hours are worked* What You’ll Do Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements. Document inspection results and maintain quality records. Identify and process nonconforming material. Verify certifications, traceability documentation, and traveler accuracy. Support AS9100 quality system requirements and documentation. Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions. What We’re Looking For Experience level may range from entry-level to senior inspection professionals. Blueprint reading skills. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Understanding of manufacturing quality principles. Knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, CMMs, and FAI documentation is highly valued for higher-level positions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
