We understand the importance of work/life balance while offering hybrid schedules for flexibility and productivity./ppSummary:/ppResponsible for traffic management at assigned toll plazas to ensure efficient flow of traffic./ppRelationships:/pp Directly reports to the Toll Operations Assistant Area Manager./pp Works directly with other Toll Operations staff and Supervisors from other departments within ITRCC./ppResponsibilities:/pp General:/ppo Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCCs safety culture, attends all safety training, and completes all compliance trainings as required by ITRCC./ppo Upholds ITRCCs core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES)./pp Level 1 (including General):/ppo Manage Traffic Management/Customer Service/Roadside Toll Collection System./ppo Manager Plaza Operations (Master Fund Verifications, Breaks, Gate Replacements, Trouble Tickets, etc)./ppo Perform administrative Tasks (Scheduling, Payroll, Training and Development, Safety Compliance, Recaps, weekly and monthly reporting, etc.)/ppo Use Communications - Written and Verbal, Radio Usage, Cross-Department Reporting./ppo Interact with customers professionally and efficiently./ppo Utilize company vehicles and assist in maintenance schedule and regular inspections of vehicle conditions./ppo Perform general office housekeeping./ppo Ensuring the safety of all toll collectors./ppo Ensure plaza configurations are accurate at all times and performs and logs routine plaza checks./ppo Monitor transactions and payment types via Remote Console./ppo Serve as liaison between the TMC and field to report disabled vehicles and/or incidents./ppo Observe for safety issues/ppQualifications:/pp High school diploma/ GED/pp Must have proven organization skills./pp Must possess effective communication skills both written and orally./pp Must possess the knowledge and skill necessary to effectively perform on the job training for new hires./pp Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/pp Ability to apply company policies in a consistent manner with the best interest of the company in mind./pp Must possess the ability to manage in a fast-paced high stress environment while providing a high level of customer focus./pp Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs. along with other physical duties involving pushing, pulling and lifting./pp Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license./ppQualifications: (required)/pp Basic computer skills/pp Ability to read and comprehend documents/pp Strong problem-solving skills/pp Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form/pp Valid drivers license/ppDesirable Experience:/pp Level 1: 1-2 years of relevant work experience/ppWorking Conditions:/pp This position requires: (Frequent est. 5 hrs per shift)/ppHeavy: Standing, Walking and Sitting/ppHeavy: Talking and Hearing/ppMedium Physical Effort/ppHeavy Computer usage/ppWorking area is inside and outside./ppHeavy phone and radio usage./ppTravel time required may be up to 10%/ppShift Schedule:/pp3:00 PM - 11:00 PM/p/div
