HVAC Service TechnicianRichards Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Falls Church, VA. If you have at least 3 years of HVAC service experience and enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems, we'd like to hear from you. The company prides itself on its quality workmanship and dedication to maintaining a reputation in the industry and community as reliable experts.Responsibilities:Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshooting and rectifying potential problems on location.Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits daily.Build and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.Follow all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.Apply knowledge of products and seek additional training/education as appropriate.Job Qualifications:3+ years of HVAC experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEPA universal certification preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordOSHA 10-hour construction course preferredAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamThe starting hourly base wage for this position is $40-$43. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
