Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Home Care – Bloomfield Hills, MI CareOne Senior Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a private-duty client in their home. Schedule Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 3 Days Per Week Pay $33.00–$35.00 per hour This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships and taking a leadership role in a home care setting. Responsibilities Serve as the lead nurse for an in-home client Provide tube feeding and skilled nursing care Organize and manage medical supplies Coordinate care and communicate with the family and CareOne office Accompany the client to physician appointments and assist with care coordination Provide Foley catheter care Assist with range of motion (ROM) exercises Observe, document, and report changes in condition Maintain a safe and organized care environment Why Join CareOne Senior Care?
