As the Shuttle Driver, you will be a key part of our community-based team and provide a safe and secure way for our student to get from point A to point B. Naturally, our students utilize this amenity frequently, so you’ll need to be organized, adhere to a strict schedule and ensure you provide a safe and excellent student experience! Reporting to the General Manager, here’s what you’ll be doing! Operate Shuttle in a safe and responsible manner on a scheduled route to all designated destinations. Always abide by all traffic laws and regulations and company policy. Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to insure cleanliness and good working order. Always deliver superior service to current and prospective residents. Assist with routine cleaning and detailing of shuttle. Maintain mileage and maintenance records along with fuel and fluid levels. Assist passengers on and off the vehicle, as necessary, ensuring safe transport. Enforce federal, state, and company guidelines for shuttle passengers. Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role! Be at least 25 years of age. Have a valid driver’s license. Have a clean driving record andcanmeet federal & state driving standards. Followall traffic laws and regulations as well as Yugo policies & procedures. Able to exercise good judgement and operate under time pressure. Meet OMV vision requirements. Able to speak and read English to converse with residents and staff. Switched on and approachableand a of course a night owl.
