From world renowned skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, wildlife viewing, and endless outdoor recreation throughout the warmer months, there's always something new to discover in heart of the American West.ResponsibilitiesBe knowledgeable of what activities are available in the area (theatre, sports, special events, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing)Establish close contacts with vendors in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their vacation is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.Assist guests with recommending and booking activity in the area.Be knowledgeable about Jackson Hole, and the surrounding National Parks.Responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.Ensure billing accuracy.Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local dining, and area attractions.Answer multi-line phone calls and emails. Respond to any guest concerns and de-escalate stressful situationsHandles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.Preferred QualificationsPrevious administration experience in a hotel setting preferred.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
