Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of 7 direct reports within a logistics department of approximately 60 employees Create, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure department performance Monitor daily logistics, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy Process and manage employee timecards through ADP Coach, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing performance feedback Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Support staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation Review operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and customer requirements Assist with implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices Support overtime and occasional weekend operations as business needs require Requirements Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a logistics, warehouse, receiving, inventory, or distribution environment Experience managing employee performance and supporting daily operations Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and effectively manage changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
