Job Description

The Direct Service Worker provides essential personal care and support services to clients, primarily through regular home visits. This role involves ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients while maintaining accurate documentation. The Direct Service Worker reports directly to a supervisor and plays a vital role in fostering a supportive and respectful environment for those receiving care.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients
  • Perform regular documentation and record-keeping
  • Conduct client visits in their homes

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in direct care services
  • High school diploma or equivalent
